Fivetran: Account Dashboard

Project overview

The Account Dashboard is Fivetran's core product surface. As senior designer, I researched and validated customer needs and led an overhaul of the dashboard's structure and navigation, including changes to most core pages, workflows and more.

Key work

• Led the redesign of the dashboard's structure and navigation on the Everyday Use team.
• Researched and validated customer needs across core workflows.
• Defined both UX and visual design changes across highly trafficked surfaces.
• Unblocked business opportunities for 1:1, 1:Many and Many:1 data pipelines relationships, that were otherwise challenging to represent int the current information architecture.
