Project overview

Filmic Pro is a manual-control smartphone cinematography app. Working with a small team, I focused on the visual design and UX of the filming and settings experience. It went on to be the first mobile app used to shoot an award-winning film at Sundance.

Key work

  • Designed and shipped a variety of visual elements used in the core filming and settings experience
  • Worked with engineering to establish scalable components for user across a variety of functions and user flows
  • Applied best practices to a number of components, introducing a higher degree of focus on accessibility, touchpoint, etc
