Axon: Performance
2019 · Compliance analytics, 0 to 1
Project overview
Axon Performance is a compliance dashboard and analytics web app for police agencies, which I designed from zero to one. Body worn camera programs for law enforcement are only as effective as the users' adherence to policy. This product aims to hold users accountable and help agencies prove body worn camera efficacy.
Key work
- Led design for a zero-to-one compliance web app, including discovery, design, implementation and validation.
- Expanded the Axon Design system to include data visualizations otherwise absent from the core component library
- Worked to validate efficacy across a variety of stakeholders, from police chiefs to sergeants.
I'd love to share the full case study, let's get in touch!
